Answer #1:
The cats will bite the most and the rest will be hungry. I would use something extremely bloody. Use alot of hooks and poles and you should catch something.Answer #2:
Of course you can catch fish during the winter. I've gone yesterday and today. I caught 3 bass yesterday and 1 crappie. Today I caught 2 bass. It wasn't necessarily cold but they were biting. I've caught many fish during 40 degrees or so. Just use a slow moving lure. Use a lipless crankbait or a beetle spin. FISH them slow! But yea trust me have that bet and you will win.Answer #3:
Its called a 12Ga shotgun with heavy bird shot ;-) you can catch anythingAnswer #4:
It is always possible to catch fish. Right now the bluegills are still down deep finishing out their winter pattern. Go deep, small and slow. Live bait like wax worms on tiny jigs or small artificial baits with crappie nibblets for flavor will work great. The less you move the bait the better. Target deep weed lines and wood like dead falls and stumps. As the water warms to the low 60's, the fish will get moving more with faster action.** Powered by Yahoo Answers
